Return Policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase from Evavelle. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

Return Period

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unopened and in their original condition.

Return Conditions

• Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return.

• For hygiene reasons, opened products or items with broken seals cannot be returned.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipping Address

Returns must be sent to our supplier in China. The exact return address will be provided after you submit your return request via email. Please note that international returns may require additional processing time.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned products in good condition, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at info@evavelle.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address.
