Order Processing

We process all orders within 48 hours (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct to avoid delays.


Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is approximately 5 business days. However, depending on your country and local customs processing, it may take up to 14 business days for your order to arrive.

We recommend placing your order in advance if you need it by a specific date.

  • Once a parcel is handed to the courier, Evavelle is not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. strikes, extreme weather, or customs inspections).

Tracking Your Order
